Returns and Cancellations
If there is an error in the items we have shipped, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package. Please also send pictures of the items, the label and the box.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on products for any other reason because of the drastically increased cost of shipping. We pay most of the shipping cost and only a small amount is passed onto the customer.
Please be aware that all squishies vary in squishiness, and we cannot guarantee a certain level. Also, scent levels vary and well as a persons sense of smell.
Although rare, squishies may come with slight manufacturing defects such as tiny bubbles, painting errors, or creases. These will be small and not disturb the squishy experience and we cannot accept returns for any of these reasons.
Although rare, a box or plastic package may arrive in a not perfect condition. This is due to cross country shipping as well as carriers not being so perfect. We cannot control every bump in the road and cannot accept returns based on the outer packaging.
We are confident you will have a perfectly pleasing experience, with no issues, along with tens of thousands of other customers! We just have to address every possible issue here :)
